Tom Gainor, at 62 years old, formed International Baseball Partners Player Management, LLC (IBPPM) in May 2023. Tom has enjoyed a successful career as a practicing lawyer and CPA for over 35 years. He earned a Masters in Tax Law from the University of Miami, has served as counsel for businessmen, financial services companies and an investment bank and has three securities licenses (Series 7, 23 and 66).
His mission has always been to serve clients with integrity and partner with them in reaching their goals and achieving their visions.
Tom has been an MLiB Certified Agent since October 2023. His competitive advantage includes possessing a strong network of “former” – scouts, agents, and MLB insiders and personalized attention and commitment to player development.
